(You must be in Australia to access this service) You’ll hear a brief messages advising that this service will be charged at 99c per minute and you’ll then be put through to one of staff who’ll assist you with your enquiry. Hours of operation 8:30am to 5:pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

Prepare your information before calling

Your call will be faster and cost you less if you gather a little information first. It’s very helpful if you know the kind of computer you are working on, how much memory it has and what operating system it is using. If you are experiencing a problem you need to be able to describe it accurately and fully so noting any messages that appear on screen or the point at which issues are experienced is very helpful.

Note: Please note that for this 1902 service, a nominal rate charged to the caller applies. Currently the rate is 99c per minute, higher for mobiles and pay phones. Please be aware that the nominal rate per minute may be subject to change.

BOOST will be available to all retailers as a series, or as individual titles. BOOST will be backed by innovative marketing campaigns in the second half of 2007 after a release in August.
